Solidarity Alliance traces its roots back to the Participation and Aid Commission of the Spanish Evangelical Alliance (AEE), established in 1877 and formally constituted in 1914. Since its inception, AEE has championed the pursuit of a dignified life for all individuals, operating an Emergency Fund to provide humanitarian aid in crisis situations, both domestically and internationally.
Throughout the 90s, AEE expanded its efforts, initiating medium and long-term programs such as the Moisés Sponsorship Program and the Turmanyé Program, aimed at sustainable development and support. Recognizing the need for legal recognition, the AEE Assembly approved the establishment of Solidarity Alliance in February 2008, consolidating all social work and international development cooperation initiatives.
In October 2023, Solidarity Alliance was honored with the designation of Public Utility by the Ministry of the Interior. Anchored in Christian principles, the organization is committed to fostering a nurturing environment for vulnerable children, paving the way for a brighter future. With transparency, effectiveness, and collaboration at its core, Solidarity Alliance strives to be a beacon of hope in the realm of international cooperation.
